The Fragmentation unit grinds and segregates the metallic components thanks to its powerful 4,000 HP motor.
The primary process of separation by density, magnetism and quality control (Picking) guarantees the production of fragmented ferric scrap metal (210 – 211).
Post-Fragmentation receives all the non-ferric material, segregates it by size and classifies it into lines with technology of Foucault’s Current Fields, Magnetic Induction, X-Ray Technology and Colorimetry.
Here we produce Zorbas, Zurik, aluminium for second fusion, coppers and fragmented cans.
The copper granules we produce originate from our industrial process lines. To ensure the quality of our copper granules, we perform the following actions:

We also produce palettable scrap and low-residue metals for castings of grey and nodular steel.
The traceability of the devices begins with documentation and entry and exit controls.
The identification and segregation of devices with potentially dangerous components is carried out before their mechanical recycling.
We have automated selection units for segregating components: Foucault’s currents, classification by magnetic induction, infrared separation, X-ray separation, colorimetry separation and high image resolution.
The use of the best available technology enables us to guarantee the highest possible degree of WEEE recycling. In this way, at the end of our process we obtain the revalued materials for marketing.
OWN TRANSPORT
We offer our clients an efficient, fast and professional collection service thanks to our extensive modern transport fleet equipped with GPS localisation systems.
